Your treatment credit builds in your account each month and can be used when you’re ready.

That depends on how often you visit the clinic, the treatments you usually have and how much you’d like to put aside each month.

Choose from £35, £50, £75, £100 or £175 per month. If you’re unsure, our team can help you find the plan that best suits your treatment routine.

Your New Skin Club balance can be used towards eligible treatments at Newcastle Skin Clinic, giving you the flexibility to choose how you use your credit.

All treatments remain subject to consultation, clinical suitability and practitioner assessment.

Yes. You don’t need to use your treatment credit every month. Your balance can build over time, so you can use it towards regular appointments or save it towards a higher-value treatment.

You can use the treatment credit you’ve built up towards the cost and simply pay the remaining amount at your appointment.

Treatments are charged at the current clinic price. Instead of applying a discount, we add complimentary treatment credit to your balance each month, meaning you receive more treatment credit than the amount you pay in.

Yes. You can move to a different plan if your treatment routine or budget changes. Your new plan will normally take effect from your next scheduled monthly payment.

No. The New Skin Club has no minimum membership term. You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days’ notice.

Any payment due during your 30-day notice period will still be collected.

Any unused balance made up of money you’ve personally paid will remain available towards eligible treatments for 12 months from the date each payment was originally made.

Any unused complimentary treatment credit will be removed when your New Skin Club membership ends.

If your monthly payment can’t be collected, no complimentary treatment credit will be added for that month and your membership benefits may be temporarily suspended.

Our team can help you update your payment details if needed.

In certain circumstances, such as pregnancy, illness, medical treatment or extended travel, we may be able to pause your membership.

No monthly payment will be taken and no complimentary treatment credit will be added while your membership is paused.

Yes. New Skin Club treatment credit and Loyalty Points are two separate benefits.

You’ll continue to collect Loyalty Points on eligible spend alongside the additional treatment credit you receive through the New Skin Club.
